Coming from diverse professional backgrounds, Jig, Julius and Beh, all graduates of the University of the Philippines College of Law, decided in November 2008 to join together and establish a law firm dedicated to offer quality legal service in various fields, ranging from handling of civil, criminal and administrative cases through litigation and alternative modes of dispute resolution, particularly business negotiation, commercial mediation and arbitration, to assisting clients in their commercial and government transactions. Clients are constantly assured of hands-on handling of their legal concerns, prompt action and sound legal advice, culled from their combined years of actual work experience, skills training and regular legal updates.

DIEGO ALFONSO PRUDENTE M. SOLLER, JR.
Jig Soller has been doing civil and criminal litigation before the trial and appellate courts for the past twenty (20) years. At the same time, he has also served as legal adviser/consultant to individual and corporate clients on the interpretation and application of the laws and regulations on Banking, Elections, Education, Public Officers, Government Procurement, Labor & Employment, Telecommunications, Property, Investments, Insurance, and Taxation.

JULIUS ANTHONY R. OMILA
Julius is a Dispute Resolution specialist. Since his admission to the Philippine Bar in 1994, his main practice area has been court and administrative litigation. Through the years, he has successfully represented individual and major corporate clients, both local and foreign, in their various business and government transactions and cases involving civil, commercial, construction, procurement, criminal and labor issues, among others.
Julius then expanded his legal practice to include alternative dispute resolution such as commercial arbitration, negotiation and mediation. For this purpose, he regularly attends trainings and conferences to further hone his skills and gain accreditations in various dispute resolution institutions both here and abroad.
He is currently the Corporate Secretary of the Philippine International Center for Conflict Resolution (PICCR). He also taught Arbitration and Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) at the Adamson University, College of Law, and is a regular lecturer of the University of the Philippines Institute for the Administration of Justice (UP IAJ) and Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP), among others, on Arbitration and ADR, in their Mandatory Continuing Legal Education (MCLE) programs.
Aside from being a member and trained arbitrator of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRCI), Julius also presently serves as a Trustee and Senior Vice-President for Development of the Philippine Institute of Arbitrators (PIArb), the first learned society of arbitration and ADR practitioners in the Philippines. In 2012, he was admitted as a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb), East Asia Branch, Philippine Chapter. He is a member of the Philippine Institute of Construction Arbitrators and Mediators (PICAM) and an accredited arbitrator of the Construction Industry Arbitration Commission (CIAC). He is presently a member of the Technical Working Group spearheaded by Department of Justice- Office for Alternative Dispute Resolution (DOJ-OADR), Philippine Institute of Arbitrators (PIArb) & Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRCI) tasked to review and propose revisions to Philippine Arbitration and ADR Laws.
Likewise, Julius underwent intensive training in Private Mediation as a scholar of the Department of Justice, Office for Alternative Dispute Resolution (DOJ-OADR) and also finished a course on commercial mediation conducted by the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb). He is also an accredited arbitrator and mediator of the Wholesale Electricity Spot Market (WESM).

ASUNCION DE LEON OMILA
Asuncion began her career as a member of the legal staff of a Senior Justice of the Supreme Court of the Philippines. As such, she was trained to do legal research and writing of memoranda on various cases submitted to the court for decision. Thereafter, she was appointed as an Associate Solicitor in the Office of the Solicitor General where she underwent extensive training in litigation, legal advocacy and appellate practice. In 1998, she was appointed as Branch Clerk of Court of a Regional Trial Court. This is where she gained exposure to trial court work and administration. In 2004, she successfully completed the rigorous Pre-Judicature Program of the Philippine Judicial Academy. However, instead of pursuing a career in the judiciary, she decided to engage in private law practice, particularly, litigation, appellate matters, and legal counseling, since 2005 to the present. Currently, she is also expanding her service area to include arbitration, and other alternative modes of dispute resolution.
